Therapy through hypnosis

One of the strengths of hypnosis lies in its ability to calm the nervous system while gently sharpening inner focus. As conscious analysis quiets, access to the subconscious becomes more available. My Approach

My approach to hypnotherapy is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your inner rhythm.


I believe lasting change happens when the nervous system feels safe and the mind feels understood. There is no force, no rushing, and no expectation to revisit experiences you’re not ready to explore.


We work with what is present — allowing insight, relief, and change to emerge naturally.

This is a space where curiosity replaces judgment, and where your inner resources are trusted and supported.

Sessions are customized to fit your own needs and last between 60 and 90 minutes. The first session could take up to 120 minutes. Children and teenagers benefit from reduced rates.
