Hypnosis is a natural state that most individuals aged five and above can enter, provided they are mentally healthy and not affected by substances. 


No, no one can be hypnotized against their will. Hypnosis requires a person’s willingness and active participation, even in stage hypnosis. This ensures that the process is safe, respectful, and always based on consent. 


A person remains fully in control during hypnosis, as the subconscious mind naturally rejects any suggestion that does not feel right or aligned with them. The subconscious mind, which is often described as responsible for around 90% of our mental activity, plays an essential role in protecting our wellbeing by safeguarding our values and beliefs, allowing only ideas that support our true self to be accepted.


Hypnosis is a natural state that you can enter and leave safely and comfortably under the guidance of a qualified hypnotherapist.


Yes, hypnotherapy helps with some physical symptoms, especially when stress, emotions, or long-standing patterns play a role. While it does not replace medical care, it is an important complement to your existing treatment and wellbeing routine. 


Yes, hypnotherapy is suitable for children and teenagers when guided by a qualified practitioner. Sessions are adapted to their age, individual needs, and comfort level to ensure a safe and supportive experience. 


According to a published survey stemming from over 2000 journal articles by psychologist Dr. Alfred Barrios, Ph.D., the recovery rate was 93% after an average of 6 hypnotherapy sessions and 38% after approximately 600 psychoanalysis sessions.
